2. Scope of Services

doushi.ai provides advanced demand forecasting services utilizing a proprietary neural network architecture. This includes data audits, custom feature engineering, campaign simulations, and dedicated infrastructure deployment.

3. Data Ownership & Audit Agreements

All proprietary retail data, supply chain metrics, and inventory transaction records uploaded for data auditing remain your sole property. You grant doushi.ai a limited, secure license to process this data strictly for the purposes of generating demand forecasts and risk profiles.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Attempt to bypass security boundaries of our dedicated hosting environments.
• Reverse engineer the proprietary neural network structures, seasonality algorithms, or exogeneity kernels.
• Use the system output to build competing machine learning forecasting models.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While our forecasting models utilize advanced state-of-the-art neural architectures to output probabilistic quantiles, we do not guarantee 100% forecasting accuracy. Inventory decisions, warehouse levels, and marketing investments remain the sole responsibility of the user. doushi.ai is not liable for financial losses, stock-outs, or overstocking expenses incurred while utilizing platform metrics.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform or audit programs immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service.
